Washington, DC (November 23, 2011). The Honorable Ruben Diaz, Jr., Bronx Borough President, delivered welcome remarks to the 14th Annual Leadership Summit of the Dominican American National Roundtable and the National Dominican American Council held October 7-8, 2011 at Lehman College of The City University of New York.

“Bronx Borough President Diaz was targeted and concise in his outlining of the current state of coalitional politics at play in the Bronx that would take Latinos to the next level of empowerment,” said Dr. Maria Teresa Feliciano, DANR President. “He offered a poignant analysis of the socio-economic conditions of the Bronx and how it should be addressed.”
